Storage & Feeding Preparation

Storage:
Store all Fresh & Raw products in the freezer at -18°C to maintain freshness and nutritional quality.

Feeding Preparation – Cubes:
You can thaw cubes using one of the following methods:

1. Quick Thawing:
Place the desired amount of cubes in a bowl and pour warm (not boiling) water over them. This gently thaws the food while keeping nutrients intact. Allow to cool before feeding.

2. Slow Thawing:
Transfer the required number of cubes into a sealed container and place it in the fridge the night before. By morning, the cubes will be safely thawed and ready to serve.

Once thawed, use within 1–3 days.
