Product description
Whilst all due care is taken to accurately describe products using images & annotations there may be exceptions & variations that are out of our control. We will endeavour to report this in the product description, however, if you are not satisfied you are able to return the item & either exchange it or have the cost of the product refunded by following the directions in our returns policy.

Cancellations & changes
If you have made an error with an order, please contact us immediately on 024862 1175. Depending on what stage your order is at we may not be able to make adjustments at a late stage, for example once an item has been dispatched. Correct information is the responsibility of the customer & ‘We Know Pets’ accepts no responsibility for such errors.

GST & Taxes
The Australian GST tax rate applies to all orders delivered within Australia.
International orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if an order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
