By subscribing to products on our website, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout. Subscriptions are managed through our secure subscription system powered by Shopify Subscriptions.
Billing
Your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle based on your chosen subscription frequency.
All prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable.
You will receive an email confirmation each time a payment is processed.
Delivery Schedule
Subscription orders are processed and dispatched according to your selected delivery frequency (for example weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on the product).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. This includes:
- Updating payment details
- Changing delivery frequency
- Skipping a delivery
- Pausing your subscription
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our standard returns policy.
Pricing Changes
We may update subscription pricing from time to time. If this occurs, customers will be notified in advance via email before any changes take effect.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again or notify you to update your payment details. If unresolved, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our standard refund policy. We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
