Big Dog Sensitive Skin for Small Dogs is a complete and balanced raw dog food specially formulated for small dogs and smaller eaters. This finely minced recipe combines Tasmanian salmon with turkey, pork, lamb and goat, providing a variety of quality protein sources along with ingredients selected to support healthy skin, coat and overall wellbeing.

Rich in omega-3 fatty acids from whole Tasmanian salmon and containing turmeric, this recipe is designed to provide nutritional support for dogs with sensitive or irritated skin. It is also suitable for dogs requiring dietary support for joint health.

The recipe is minced finer than regular Big Dog recipes and portioned into smaller half-size patties, making it easy to serve to small dogs. Each resealable 1.5kg bag contains 12 individual portions.

Storage and Handling

Keep frozen until ready to thaw. Thaw portions in the refrigerator before feeding and do not refreeze.

To thaw more quickly, place the portion in a container and sit it in lukewarm water for 15-30 minutes, ensuring the food does not cook.

Once thawed, keep in a sealed, airtight container in the refrigerator and use within 2-3 days. Discard any thawed product that no longer looks or smells fresh.

Do not cook this product as it contains crushed raw bone.

Wash hands, utensils and preparation surfaces thoroughly with warm soapy water after handling raw food.

Feeding Guide

Big Dog recommends gradually transitioning your dog to a new raw food over approximately two weeks to help minimise the risk of digestive upset. Feeding amounts are a guide only and may vary depending on your dog's age, size, breed, activity level and climate.
