Petsafe Stubborn Dog In-ground Fence System PRF-3004XW-20

Give determined dogs more freedom to enjoy the backyard while helping keep them safely within a customised boundary.

The PetSafe® Stubborn Dog In-Ground Fence™ System is designed for dogs who are harder to contain or more persistent about testing their boundaries. The underground system allows you to create a custom-shaped boundary to suit your property, giving your dog room to explore and play without the need for a traditional physical fence.

The included 152 metres of boundary wire can create a containment area of up to approximately 1/3 acre (1,335 m²). Additional compatible wire can be purchased to expand the system for larger properties.

The waterproof receiver collar features tone plus vibration and four adjustable levels of static stimulation, providing a range of training options for more determined dogs. The tone and vibration mode can also be useful when training dogs with hearing difficulties.

Designed for determined dogs

The Stubborn Dog system provides stronger containment support for dogs who may be more likely to challenge a standard boundary. As with any electronic containment system, proper training is essential before allowing your dog to use the boundary independently.

PetSafe recommends a two-person DIY installation, with the boundary wire installed around the area you want your dog to access. With consistent training, dogs can learn the boundary over time.

Create a Boundary That Works for Your Yard

Unlike a conventional fence, the PetSafe In-Ground Fence lets you design the boundary around the shape of your property. The wire can be configured around areas you want your dog to access while helping keep them away from places such as gardens, pools or other restricted areas.

The system can accommodate multiple pets by adding compatible PetSafe receiver collars.

Important: Training Is Essential

An in-ground fence is a training system as well as a containment system. Your dog needs to learn where the boundary is and how to respond to the warning signals before being allowed to use the area without supervision.

Always follow the manufacturer's installation, fitting, training and safety instructions.

For dogs who need a little extra help respecting their boundaries, the PetSafe® Stubborn Dog In-Ground Fence™ provides a flexible alternative to traditional fencing.Keep your persistent pup safe and sound with PetSafe® Stubborn Dog In-Ground Fence™ — a flexible, reliable, and expert-approved solution for secure outdoor freedom.
